This is collective ownership.

We pool the resources, skills, and capital of our global network to plan and deliver real development projects on the ground in Africa. Beginning in Sierra Leone. Every contributor holds a stake in what gets built. Every project is fully documented and shared with the community in real time.

Sierra Leone: Where It Begins

We chose Sierra Leone deliberately. Freetown was the world's first settlement for freed African slaves and diaspora returnees. It is the original homecoming and the place where UPAN's development work begins.

Our work starts with community infrastructure and grows toward economic development, business ventures, and the long-term conditions for diaspora investment and return.

Clean Future Africa

Our founding project.

Our first initiative focuses on clean water, sanitation, and waste management for a Sierra Leonean community. Co-designed with local partners, funded by UPAN contributors, and documented from start to finish.

Contributing members hold a real stake in the project. Every step is shared openly with everyone involved.
